按照國家人事部的有關(guān)統(tǒng)計預測，我國今后幾年內(nèi)急需人才主要有以下8大類：以電子技術(shù)、生物工程、航天技術(shù)、海洋利用、新能源新材料為代表的高新技術(shù)人才；信息技術(shù)人才；機電一體化專業(yè)技術(shù)人才；農(nóng)業(yè)科技人才；環(huán)境保護技術(shù)人才；生物工程研究與開發(fā)人才；國際貿(mào)易人才；律師人才.

Meizhou city as one of the best ecological tourist city of China, and the Pearl River Delta and other developed areas have obvious advantage of backwardness. The main economic indicators of Meizhou city in this paper are compared and analyzed, a simple analysis of the industrial structure of Meizhou, revealed the existence of the economic development of Meizhou region and other parts of the gap. Analysis by the presence of Meizhou tea industry, put forward the scientific and reasonable suggestions for its development.
