二、俄羅斯茶葉產(chǎn)區(qū)?
俄羅斯克拉斯諾達(dá)爾邊疆區(qū),這里是俄羅斯唯一的茶葉工業(yè)化產(chǎn)區(qū),也是世界上產(chǎn)地最北的茶。
上世紀(jì)初,經(jīng)過(guò)當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民的育種,茶樹適應(yīng)了俄羅斯南疆的低溫,成功產(chǎn)出茶葉。不過(guò),由于當(dāng)?shù)貧夂蚝洌铇浒l(fā)芽相對(duì)較少,這一茶葉具有獨(dú)特的甘甜口感和深琥珀色的茶汁。

人們常說(shuō),西方人開放,精力旺盛,崇尚自由與活力,性格就像酒一樣。而東方人冷靜、穩(wěn)重、理智、堅(jiān)韌,性格似茶。生活在歐亞大陸文明交匯處的俄羅斯人,性格中既有烈酒般的豪爽與硬朗,亦有香茗的清澈與香甜。

在元代,隨著蒙古人的遠(yuǎn)征,中國(guó)的茶文化隨之遠(yuǎn)播。但是之于俄羅斯人,第一次接觸到茶,卻是明朝時(shí)候的事情。史料記載,明朝穆宗年間(1567年),兩名哥薩克首領(lǐng)彼得羅夫和亞雷舍夫來(lái)到中國(guó),第一次喝到茶水?;貒?guó)后,他們向當(dāng)時(shí)的沙皇和貴族描述了這種來(lái)自遙遠(yuǎn)東方的神奇飲品。不過(guò)可能未有切身體會(huì),這段描繪并未引起沙皇的興趣。
直到1638年,俄國(guó)宮廷才第一次真正接觸到茶。當(dāng)時(shí),受沙皇之命,俄國(guó)使者斯特拉科夫前往蒙古拜見可汗,并帶去了珍貴的紫貂皮當(dāng)作覲見禮品,作為回禮,可汗回贈(zèng)了4普特(約64公斤)的磚茶。使者帶回圣彼得堡后,沙皇命人砌成茶水請(qǐng)貴族品嘗,眾人飲后紛紛稱贊清香撲鼻,自此,俄人開啟了飲茶的歷史。
只不過(guò)和現(xiàn)在“飛入尋常百姓家”不同,當(dāng)時(shí)茶葉在俄羅斯是典型的進(jìn)口奢侈品,只有貴族和富人才能喝到。也正因要滿足貴族階層的需求,俄、清之間的茶葉貿(mào)易由此展開。
乾隆年間,茶葉開始大量輸入俄國(guó),俄國(guó)的茶葉市場(chǎng)也從莫斯科擴(kuò)大至外省,到19世紀(jì),飲茶之風(fēng)在俄國(guó)各階層盛行,茶開始成為大眾飲品。
而隨著茶的普及,茶迅速“俄羅斯化”。和中國(guó)人泡一杯香茗解渴提神、或沉心思考不同,俄羅斯已經(jīng)把茶融入日常的飲食當(dāng)中。他們不僅分喝上午茶和下午茶,有時(shí)直接以茶取代三餐中的一餐,或是三餐之外的加餐。俄羅斯人最鐘情的茶類是紅茶等釅茶,同英語(yǔ)一樣,俄語(yǔ)對(duì)紅茶的字面翻譯也是“黑茶”之意,大概就是取其色澤和濃度以命名。
